West Ham fell to a disappointing defeat at the Vitality Stadium as Bournemouth completed a league double over them with a 2-0 win earlier today. Both goals came in the second half, one a fantastic volley from the boot of Callum Wilson and other in stoppage time from Joshua King.

No Arnie, No Party: It’s obvious that West Ham are a better side with Marko Arnautovic in the starting XI. However the striker’s head appears to have been turned by an offer from China, and he wasn’t even in the squad for today’s fixture.
The likes of Felipe Anderson and Samir Nasri had some good attacking moments, and those might have amounted to more, if the Hammers had Arnautovic in the final third of the pitch instead of Andy Carroll. [Read more…]
