West Ham Attendances 2017-18 season | Crowd figures & stats for WHUFC home games at London Stadium 17-18

Here is a look at West Ham United attendance figures for the 2017/2018 Premier League season. The Hammers had the third highest average attendance in the 2016/17 league season (56,972), behind Manchester United (75,290) and Arsenal (59,957).

This season they’ve dropped to fourth owing to Spurs shifting to Wembley, which has a 90,000 capacity.

West Ham 3-0 Bolton | Hammers too good for struggling Trotters

Arthur Masuaku scored a fantastic goal as West Ham eased past Bolton Wanderers 3-0 to seal their spot in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. 35,806 spectators were in attendance at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for this fixture.

The Trotters, winless and bottom of the table in the Championship, were no match for the Hammers, with new summer signing Marko Arnautovic starring for the home side. Bilic gave several of his fringe players and youngsters a start, with Sam Byram and Sead Haksabanovic both in the XI.

Arnautovic had two assists to his name, with his free kick leading to Angelo Ogbonna’s headed opener. He also set up Diafra Sakho for the club’s second. The Austrian and Andrew Ayew could’ve both also been on the scoresheet, but their finishing wasn’t quite up to scratch. [Read more…]
