News coming out in some of the papers and being touted around the web today are that Chelsea want Parker, but only on loan for the season as cover for Michael Essien who is injured.
The deal would see Chelsea cover Parkers wages as well as paying a small fee for taking the midfielder. It’s unclear if West Ham are interested at this stage.
It would also allow Parker to return to West Ham if they achieve promotion back to the premier league at the first time of asking.
Would this suit West Ham though as Parker will be another year older and his resale value will have gone down further.
