Pundit Predictions- How will West Ham fare against Leicester this weekend?

After a disappointing home loss to Tottenham Hotspur- their sixth straight winless game at home under Martin Atkinson, West Ham’s final league assignment this month sees them travel to the King Power Stadium to take on Leicester. Neither side has won a league game this month, but the ref for this fixture, Michael Oliver, was the man with the whistle when the Hammers beat Manchester United at home. Will Manuel Pellegrini’s side snap their winless streak and beat the Foxes? The corresponding fixture last season saw West Ham win 2-0.

His celeb opponent for the weekend, Richard Ashcroft reckons “West Ham are going to nick this one” and has gone for a 1-0 win for the visitors.

Paul Merson: Merson reckons the onus is on Arnautovic to deliver in the absence of the injured Yarmolenko. Says that the Austrian will score, but so will Leicester, and has gone for a 1-1 draw.

Michael Owen: Owen reckons “there will be goals” at the King Power in an “entertaining clash”, and reckons both teams will score.

Robbie Savage: The retired Welsh star, a regular for Leicester in the late 90’s, has gone for a 2-1 win to his old side.

Kevin Kilbane: Kilbane says he’s “looking forward” to this game. Reckons Leicester will take it, but West Ham will definitely be able to get themselves on the scoresheet.

Steve McManaman: Macca has predicted Leicester to edge this game 2-1.
