Marek Stech has left West Ham United by mutual consent according to David Gold.

In response to a question posed by a fan on Twitter to David Gold regarding Marek Stech and whether he has left the club he said:

@DavidGoldWHU Is Marek Stech still a West Ham player?? No he has left by mutual consent. DG

I guess the opportunity of playing first team football with West Ham was looking limited with the arrival of two new goalkeepers in Henderson and Jaaskelainen in the last few weeks.

When he arrived at The Boleyn I remember him being labelled as the “new Peter Cech” , well time will tell if he will be that good but one thing is for sure it doesn’t look like he will be getting to that standard with The Hammers.
