Another Day Another Holt Bid

Reports from around the web suggest West Ham are going back to Norwich with a fourth and final bid of £6 Million for the want away striker.

Holt who scored 15 Premier League goals last season for Norwich in his début in the top flight, and is also attracting interest from his former boss Paul Lambert who is now with Aston Villa.

Holt is due to hold a face to face meeting with new boss Chris Hughton in a bid to keep him at Carrow Road.

However there are claims in the media that the real beef he has is with Chief Exec David McNally who told him that he did not deserve a new contract because he was too old.

Anyway I think we should leave this one alone as £6 Million for a 31 year old with no resale value is too big a gamble for me as we are not the richest club in the league by a long shot!
