“We’ve done our homework on Everton” says Hammers’ Mark Noble

With West Ham United’s below par performance last week at St Mary’s still fresh in the player’s minds, Hammers’ midfielder Mark Noble feels the East London club is more than ready to take on Roberto Martinez and his Everton side on Saturday at the Boleyn Ground.

Also fresh in the Hammers’ minds is the loss at home to Stoke City on August 31st and noble feels confident the East Londoners can get back to their winning ways by beating the Toffees at home.

The 26 year-old also mentioned that his side like to play at Upton Park and that West Ham united are looking forward to the game against Everton.

Talking to West Ham TV, Mark Noble said: “We’ve done our homework on Everton, we know how they play and we’re looking forward to the game”.

“It’s a good chance for us to get back to winning ways at home”, added Noble. “Our last home game wasn’t the best and we know we need to put in a good performance, coming off a good away point at Southampton.

“We like playing at home in front of our fans and hopefully we can get the three points.”

The player has scored 30 goals in 251 appearances for West Ham United in all competitions and currently has two years left on his current contract.

Let’s see if the lads can get back to their winning ways on Saturday as it’ll certainly give the team a much needed boost.

About Stevo

Stevo can remember going to games with his Dad and seeing the likes of Clyde Best of all people. He also has a few mates who have “done” complete seasons too – and that was when the Irons were in division one. That’s every home and away game – unbelievable! Stevo plans to do this himself next season!
