Karen Brady disclosed to Sky Sports News today that West Ham have a strategic plan drawn up by Sam Allardyce with a comprehensive list of players which the club are working towards bringing in.
West Ham have already concluded the signing of three players since their promotion to the Premier League, they are Mohamed Diame from Wigan, former Bolton keeper Jussi Jaaskelainen and Stephen Henderson from Portsmouth.
Speaking to SSN Brady said:
We hope to bring in a few more significant signings to improve our team and increase our chances of remaining in the Premier League and really ‘have a go’.
We want to compete and really make a contribution to this league. West Ham are a great club who deserve to play in the greatest league in the world.
Sam has made a very strategic plan. We have a comprehensive list of players we hope to bring in and we are working to do that.
During the interview she would not be drawn on the Grant Holt situation and said the club was still very hopeful of getting the Olympic Stadium.
So we have three good players already signed and none other than Henderson have commanded any kind of fee, lets hope we can now sign some exciting attacking talent to boost the squad further.
