West Ham are reported to have submitted a £3million bid for Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes.
The highly-rated 21-year-old has been the subject of a bid by West Ham. The Manager Sam Allardyce is said to have handed Chairman David Gold a list of 25+ potential transfer window targets.
The striker has already scored 20 goals this season for Huddersfield including four braces, two hat-tricks and one four-goal haul! So some serious fire power from the forward!
West Ham’s initial bid is said to have been rejected, although the Hammers are hopeful that an improved offer in the region of £4million will be enough to land Rhodes.
I am not too optimistic that Rhodes club will be willing to cash in on their main man at this stage of the season, especially as they think a bidding war may erupt with plenty of interest from The Premiership clubs as well.
